樂(lè)隊(duì)成立于1997年7月。
風(fēng)格以敲擊死亡金屬為主。樂(lè)隊(duì)音樂(lè)追求整體速度與力度，其不乏旋律性。
作品主題表現(xiàn)多角度的內(nèi)容，具有很強(qiáng)的人文色彩，以金屬的手法演擇自己所表達(dá)的人生觀是樂(lè)隊(duì)一直奮斗的目標(biāo)。
樂(lè)隊(duì)從04年7月，05年2月更換了鼓手和一名吉他手后又開(kāi)始了新的旅程，現(xiàn)在樂(lè)隊(duì)無(wú)論從創(chuàng)作的作品還是技術(shù)都日見(jiàn)成熟。在樂(lè)隊(duì)走過(guò)的不短的8年時(shí)間里也得到了諸多媒體的認(rèn)可，包括《音樂(lè)生活報(bào)》，《我愛(ài)搖滾樂(lè)》，《通俗歌曲》，《重型音樂(lè)》，《城市周報(bào)》，《THAT‘BEIJING》等平面媒體，以及鳳凰衛(wèi)視，日本NHK電視臺(tái)等的各種媒體的報(bào)道。也參與了《我愛(ài)搖滾樂(lè)》，ADP唱片，MORT唱片等單曲的錄制工作。
8年時(shí)間，對(duì)于任何一支樂(lè)隊(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)都是一段艱辛又難忘的歷程，在這期間“窒息”樂(lè)隊(duì)相繼參加了北京，天津，深圳，安徽，河南，廊坊，承德，懷柔，大興。。。無(wú)數(shù)場(chǎng)各種各樣的演出主要有：“河南新鄉(xiāng)吶喊中國(guó)搖滾音樂(lè)會(huì)”，“安徽蚌埠音樂(lè)節(jié)”，“懷柔會(huì)議中心音樂(lè)節(jié)”，“大興拿鐵音樂(lè)節(jié)”，“北京迷迪音樂(lè)節(jié)”，“炫特區(qū)朝陽(yáng)公園音樂(lè)節(jié)”等大小演出。
